She has valuable experience in all aspects of projects from programming through construction administration and has recently been working with higher education, library and developer clients. As the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager, Josephine excels in Revit and has been instrumental in developing procedures and rigorous standards to improve the office’s efficiency when using BIM. This rigor carries through in her project work, where she ensures that existing conditions have been thoroughly documented and detailed, and that the marriage between new architecture, systems and finishes is seamless. Josephine has worked on projects across multiple sectors including the Babson College Kerry Murphy Healey Park, Garrison Square, 7 Harcourt and Stoughton Public Library. She is currently the Project Manager for the Jones Public Library in Amherst, MA, Boston University Kilachand Hall Addition and Renovation project, and 25 Isabella Street – a residential church conversion project. In addition to her project work, Josephine spearheaded Finegold Alexander’s virtual and hybrid onboarding process and contributes to the firm’s Intern Planning Group.
