Lowell-based videographer Reuben Palham gave us a view of Lowell Justice Center in context last August with drone footage of the area. In the video, one can see views of the historic fabric mills lining the Hamilton Canal as well as the newly renovated hardscape, green outdoor spaces and the shining exterior of Lowell Justice Center.
