This roundtable brings together five women with diverse perspectives on advancing equity, diversity, and inclusivity in design practice. Discussion will consider how to create more equitable environments in our studios, buildings, and communities. Conversation will focus on how women in design can shape the next generation of our practice. It will explore both the lessons learned from the feminist legacy within the profession and our role in creating a more inclusive society through the power of design.
