Welcome to Bite Size Digest! For the next few months, we'll be sharing some insight into our design approach at Finegold Alexander with Principal Tony Hsiao and Design Director and Senior Associate Özge Diler Himes.

In this first episode, Özge and Tony explain their roles at the firm and break down the tools that our design teams use for successful collaboration across all of our projects.

This includes productive client communication, online tools such as Conceptboard, a hybrid working model at the firm, and considerations about AI usage in our work.

Watch their explanation below!
