Finegold Alexander is happy to announce that Stonegate Group and Nauset Construction have begun construction on the Stonegate St. Patrick Redevelopment project in Natick, MA. The project will feature 46 apartments,14,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space on the ground floor, and four two-family townhomes. The development, located at 45 E. Central St., received unanimous approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals and aims to revitalize the Route 135 section of Natick Center. The project includes a mix of one to three-bedroom apartments and three to four-bedroom duplex homes, with 14 apartments designated as affordable housing. The main structure will have destination restaurants and retail spaces on the ground floor, while the townhomes will be built at the rear of the property. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2025 and will contribute to the growth and development of Natick Center.
