In Natick, the 54-unit mixed-use project at 45 East Central Street is near completion and is now leasing. The project, by developer Stonegate Group, was featured in the New England Real Estate Journal on the cover of the first November issue of the month!

Finegold Alexander designed a four-story main building with 46 one- to three-bedroom residential units, 25% of which are affordable. The first floor includes 12,000 SF of retail and restaurant space and outdoor seating. Behind the main building are four townhouses with 8 three- or four-bedroom units.
