Marc is a detail-oriented, systems-thinking designer whose passion for architecture lies in exploring the tectonic components of a building and bringing the overall vision of a project to life. He began his career early as a carpenter, developing a deep appreciation for how the story of a project can be expressed through its finer, smaller-scale details. Crafting with his own hands revealed the millions of intricate connections that make a building whole, inspiring him to pursue a BFA in Architecture at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. There, he further explored complex architectural systems, advanced detailing, and hands-on construction methods, laying the foundation for his professional success. Regardless of a building’s condition, Marc brings a “can-do” attitude, assisting the team by providing meaningful insight and guiding projects from the initial schematic design phase through the complexities of construction.

Outside of work, Marc enjoys a variety of activities that keep him active and creatively engaged. He trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, explores his artistic side through drawing, experiments in the kitchen with new recipes, immerses himself in reading, and takes full advantage of the outdoors—if the New England weather permits.

Need to Know

Favorite thing about your career? My thing about working in the architecture industry is the endless amount of knowledge and inspiration. No matter how much experience you gain, there are always new ideas, perspectives, and possibilities to explore. It’s a field where curiosity never runs out and growth never stops.

Any hobbies? My main hobby is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It challenges me not only physically, but mentally as well. The sport requires a highly strategic, game-plan–oriented mindset that constantly pushes me to think critically and adapt in the moment. Practicing Jiu-Jitsu also gives me a mental reset from architecture, allowing me to step away, clear my mind, and return with a fresh perspective

What's the longest you've gone without sleep (and why)? The longest I’ve gone without sleep was four days while preparing for my final architectural thesis presentation. Although it was both mentally and physically exhausting, the experience pushed me creatively beyond what I thought I was capable of. Delivering the presentation after those four intense days became one of the proudest moments of my life, showing me the level of dedication and resilience I’m truly capable of.
