Position Overview:

Finegold Alexander Architects seeks a motivated, licensed Project Architect with 8+ years of experience to join our Boston-based firm. The ideal candidate must be a team player with strong design skills, understand both new construction and existing/historic buildings, and have a commitment to excellence in design detailing with experience in all phases of design through construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Play key role in project development through all phases: programming, design, documentation, and construction administration

· Coordinate consultants and collaborate closely with internal project teams

· Advance design through detailing and technical execution

· Manage project documentation and quality control in Revit

· Support client communication and project presentations

· Contribute to a collaborative studio culture focused on innovation and mentorship

Qualifications:

· Licensed Architect

· Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience

· Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)

· Proficiency in Revit required

· LEED AP or demonstrated commitment to sustainable design preferred

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
