Project Hope
Roxbury, Massachusetts

This new building is located on Dudley Street in Roxbury, Massachusetts. It houses social spaces and computer learning classrooms for people transitioning into the workplace. Project Hope has committed to enhancing its immediate community with a new contextual structure that is designed to meet LEED Certification through the reuse of an urban site. The organization will provide ground water recharge, low maintenance landscape features, sustainable construction methods and materials, and bicycle storage and shower facilities. The project will also receive points for being a public transit oriented development.
