This project encompasses the restoration and reconfiguration of an original Beaux Arts/Spanish Revival style courthouse built in 1914, and an Art Deco high-rise addition completed in 1940. The program called for completely restoring and modernizing the complex to house the US Court of Appeals, US Bankruptcy Court, US Post Office and the US Marshals.
