The Department of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) selected Finegold Alexander + Associates Inc to study the needs of the existing Superior, District, and Juvenile courthouse facilities in the City of Lowell. The purpose of the study is to develop a detailed program for all court facilities as well as identify site alternatives. Working with DCAM and the City of Lowell three sites were reviewed. Of those, two can accommodate a combination of the court facilities or be planned for expansion. |
