The Boston Opera House is a 1927 historic landmark and an outstanding example of the work of nationally renowned theatre designer Thomas Lamb. FA+A, in association with Martinez & Johnson Architecture, were retained to renovate the Opera House as a multi-use theater. Plans for the 2,600 seat house include complete restoration of the elaborate murals, wall fabrics, lighting, plaster work, marble and various metallic and unique painted finishes on the building interior. |
