FA+A was commissioned to adapt the "Old Gym," a Georgian-style building, into a lively campus center. The goal was to create a dynamic environment for teaching, exhibition, rehearsal, and social interaction. Program elements for the campus center included classrooms, rehearsal space, art studios, exhibition areas, a snack bar, student activity offices and a bookstore.
