Isham Dormitory is a Georgian Revival designed by Guy Lowell Architects and built in 1912. FA+A was commissioned to renovate the building on a fast track program of approximately 13 weeks. The building was gutted and the new interior space has been designed to accommodate 16 single student rooms, a student common room with a kitchenette, and two faculty apartments. The building has also been adapted for universal accessibility. The exterior of the building will received a new roof, flashing and total masonry restoration.
