Finegold Alexander Associates was recently commissioned for the adaptive use of Tufts University, School of Veterinary Medicine, Building 16 with an addition into a Student Center.
This 90-year-old building was originally used as a male nurse’s dormitory and has been unoccupied, except for storage, for many years. The existing building is 16,000 square feet and the new addition will be approximately 5,700 square feet. This new student center will include a kitchen and dining for 80 students, student lounges, exercise room, student offices, staff/faculty offices and a lecture hall. | |
