South End Landmark Restored for 23 Condos, Retail Space
-by Marilyn Jackson, Boston Homes staff writer

By summertime - in another four months - a long-vacant South End landmark on Washington Street at the corner of Union Park Street will be transformed into a mixed-use, five-story building with 23 stunning residences alone with two commerical spaces.

Yet the light-colored materials compliment each other. (Click here for a PDF of the news article.)
