Jefferson at Chelsea Station
Chelsea, Massachusetts

The Jefferson at Chelsea Station project includes 455 to 587 residential units in the CROP district, with structured parking and a mix of rental and home-ownership opportunities. Ten percent (10%) of the units at Jefferson at Chelsea Station will be reserved as affordable housing. The design of the buildings, as well as the project’s inclusion of affordable units, is intended to successfully knit the neighborhood back together. Our design approach strategically integrates the new buildings with the residential character of the existing neighborhood and provides courtyards that front on the street to enhance the neighborhood. The site will consists of a wide range of housing types and features ground-floor amenities, on-site parking, and immediate access to the Chelsea MBTA Commuter Rail for non-stop service into Downtown Boston’s North Station.
