Pat Morss graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1966 and received his Master of Architecture degree from the same university in 1970. He is a registered architect in Massachusetts and holds a National Architectural Registration Certificate. Since joining FA+A 34 years ago, Mr. Morss has directed architectural services on many building types, with special expertise in the design and engineering issues involved in renovation, historic preservation and restoration, adaptive use, and new building additions. He has considerable experience developing feasibility and design options for buildings of historic significance and National Register properties, and is particularly skilled in the design of contextual additions in sensitive environments.
