Lung Shan Lin Enterprise Co. Ltd. hired FA+A as Design Consultant Architect for a luxury residential project in the heart of downtown Taipei, Taiwan known as the Museum Residences. The project amenities include ground floor retail, private entry lobbies with museum quality artwork, walled in garden with fountains, secure parking, streetscape glass canopies and storefronts, and interior courtyards. FA+A worked in collaboration with the local architecture firm, Taipei International Group as Architect of Record, as well as WATG based in Seattle who were involved with the interiors. FA+A's involvement concentrated on the development and refinement of the exterior design.
