The quarter mile long, 110 feet high, Wood Mill building was built between 1905-1909 and has long stood as an important part of Lawrence history.

FA+A, has been commissioned to develop plans to establish a mixed used community that captures the industrial character of Lawrence's historic mill corridor.  The building will contain residential units, commercial office and retail space. The Wood Mill development is ideally located adjacent to a new intermodal commuter station that includes a MBTA commuter rail station, 900 car parking garage and bus station.
