Finegold Alexander + Associates Inc participated in the revitalization of the former Boston Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital, one of Boston’s most historic hospital sites. The new 26-acre assisted living and intergenerational housing community involved three phases of development. The first phase consisted of the adaptive use of the historic Foley Building - the main hospital building - as an assisted living facility. The second phase focused on redevelopment of other buildings on the property, and the third phase involved plans to develop remaining vacant land for housing. |
