FA+A restored this historic Beaux Arts building for office and retail space. Historic photographs were used to recreate the original design, since construction drawings of the building were not available. Unique Art Nouveau storefronts were recreated based on a 1906 watercolor rendering by the original architect. A six-story, glass-enclosed atrium creates a new central focus in the building. |
