Finegold Alexander renovated the building and created a new 5,800 square foot addition at the center of the residence hall, which serves to both define the entry and provide communal spaces for gathering, socializing, and study.  Congreve Hall is a centrally located Neo-Georgian style dormitory on the campus of the University of New Hampshire. The building was originally constructed in 1920, with additions in 1938 and 1940.
