Finegold Alexander completed an extensive feasibility study for Bryn Mawr College's Goodhart Hall, home to their performing arts program, as well as the design of a new addition and renovations to the existing building. The addition houses a new 2,700 sf teaching theater and support spaces. The renovation reconfigures the existing main auditorium with a new thrust arena and improved seating. All new HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems will replace the existing 1928 equipment. The building has been made fully accessible and LEED certifiable.
