Finegold Alexander + Associates Inc has completed an extensive feasibility study for Bryn Mawr College's Goodhart Hall, home to their performing arts program, and is now proceeding with design for a new addition and renovations to the existing building. The addition will house a new 2,700 sf teaching theater and support spaces. The renovation will reconfigure the existing main auditorium with a new thrust arena and improved seating. All new HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems will replace the existing 1928 equipment. The building will be made fully accessible and LEED certifiable.
